OUR TEAM
Tight Club is a fascia-first wellness studio redefining beauty, recovery, and body sculpting from the inside out. We blend science and spirit- merging lymphatic drainage, fascia release, cryotherapy, red-light therapy, vibration training, and somatic movement into a holistic ecosystem designed to activate flow, balance hormones, and restore your natural shape and radiance. Our philosophy is simple: beauty is a side effect of function. By treating the fascia, nervous system, and lymph first, we help the body detox, reshape, and regulate itself- without toxins, needles, or downtime. From signature treatments like Fascia RX, Lymph RX, and Frotox, to immersive certifications and retreats, Tight Club is more than a studio- it’s a movement of practitioners, mothers, and healers reclaiming sovereignty, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care. Welcome to Tight Club- where function meets flow, and your body remembers how to glow.
